We guarantee that the instrument warranty period of eighteen months from the date of delivery.

■ Maxwellom will be responsible for all the materials and processes of the product, and the warranty period shall be valid for eighteen months from the date of shipment. When the purchased products are found to have quality problems during this period, we will make the appropriate repairs for you. But in any case, our responsibility will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

■ If there is a problem in the use of the instrument, according to the common troubleshooting tips can not solve the problem, the user can not open the cabinet, please contact the company's after-sales service.

■ After the maintenance of the instrument, for the maintenance of the problem (non-human), accessories extended warranty for 6 months.

Note: 1.All instrument batteries and adapters are guaranteed for 3 months.

          2.Blades, electrodes, interfaces and other vulnerable consumables are not within the scope of warranty.

          3.Artificial damage is not within the scope of warranty.

Calibration services:

The company has the professional high-power calibration instruments and devices and provides comprehensive measurement solutions for users according to the quality policies of “objective and fair calibration, scientific and rigorous method, accurate and reliable data, standard and orderly management and customer satisfaction first”. And free calibration service for all Maxwellon products.

Tips: Please describe the instrument fault or service requirements in detail . If necessary, provide the details in the attachment. The details are helpful to the repair work of maintenance engineers.

Pay attention to the packing quality of the instrument returned for repair. The instrument must be well packed and cushioned with anti-vibration materials in the case of long-distance transportation. If possible, pack the instrument with foam to avoid unnecessary losses.
